Gradebook Viewer

The Teams Gradebook provides resources for Parents and Guardians to access records about their students in the Tyler Independent School District (TISD). This software is called Teams Parent Self Serve (PSS).

Using the PSS module, parents can view information on each student in TISD for which they are listed as a Parent or Guardian. For parents of multiple students in TISD, the PSS allows one account to access all students (so long as the parent is listed as a parent/guardian on each student).

The PSS module allows parents to:

• Create their own account and view all students enrolled in TISD
• View student attendance by period
• View Report Card grades (and the assignments underlying those grades)
• View Progress Report grades (and the assignments underlying those grades)
• Send an e-mail to any of your student’s teachers
• Edit their own contact information (phone numbers and e-mail addresses)
• Sign up for automated notifications about your student’s attendance, assignments, or grades
• View underlying assignments that constitute Report Card or Progress grades
• View teacher attachments for assignments

Note: PSS is intended for Parents and Guardians only. Student’s have access to software called Student Self Serve which provides access only to their own records.
